Orders can only be placed with Plantogen by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

Shipping
To discuss shipping to a country not listed here, please email us at info@plantogen.com. Ollie Pippa International Inc. is not responsible for customs duties and charges and restrictions that vary from country to country that result from the importation of certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
When will my order ship?
Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most Standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order’s ship date.
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days using Standard Ground Service.
Delivery Options
Plantogen orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout. We use both FedEx and UPS for ground and 2nd day service.

Canada
Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please expect delivery within 14-20 business days from ship date. Please note: All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and customs fees.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day.
Confirmation of Order
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Ollie Pippa International Inc. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Ollie Pippa International Inc. reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
Payment
Ollie Pippa International Inc. is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by check, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the check. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable, Ollie Pippa International Inc. may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund. All prices listed are exclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.

Return and Refund Policy
Plantogen® is a registered trademark of Ollie Pippa International Inc. We guarantee your satisfaction with all Plantogen skin care merchandise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have contacted us first via email or phone and returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.
